Job summary

The Maryborough Hotel in Cork, Ireland, is recruiting a Part Time Spa Therapist to join our luxury four-star team. You will deliver exceptional guest care, perform a range of spa treatments, and uphold the highest standards of service in a vibrant hotel environment.

The ideal candidate holds a CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ITEC qualification, has 2 years spa experience, and values ongoing training. ESPA training is an advantage. This role offers flexible hours and staff benefits.

Qualifications

CIBTAC, CIDESCO or ITEC qualification.
2 years experience in a spa environment is desirable.
ESPA training is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest standard of treatment and service.
Be aware of all treatments offered and promotions.
Attend required trainings as directed by the Spa Manager.
Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene.
Be punctual and prepared for treatments.
Be adaptable and accountable for actions.
Perform any other duties as deemed reasonable by management.
Maintain a courteous and respectful work environment.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated therapist who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care that exceeds the expectations of our guests. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for keeping up the highest standard of treatment and service.
To be aware of all treatments offered and any promotions on offer at any given time.
Must adhere to training and attend all training courses as deemed necessary by the Spa Manager.
To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene.
To always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments.
To be adaptable and accountable for all actions.
To perform any other duties deemed reasonable by management.
To maintain a courteous and respectful work environment at all times.
