Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is seeking a professional Spa Therapist to deliver a range of high-quality treatments and ensure a relaxing guest experience. You will work closely with the Spa and Leisure team, offering personalised recommendations and maintaining exacting standards.

Newly qualified therapists are encouraged to apply. The role requires hygiene compliance, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments to the highest standard.
• Provide personalised consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing and comfortable environment for every guest.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Maintain accurate guest consultation and treatment records.
• Promote spa treatments, packages and retail products in a professional and guest-focused manner.
• Manage treatment timings effectively while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, health and safety procedures.
• Assist with spa reception, appointment bookings and guest enquiries when required.
• Monitor treatment and retail stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
• Support seasonal promotions, spa packages and special events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Spa, Leisure and wider hotel teams.
• Respond professionally to guest feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.

The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is looking for a professional, enthusiastic and guest-focused Spa Therapist to join our team.

As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a range of high-quality treatments while creating a relaxing and memorable experience for every guest.

Working closely with the Spa and Leisure team, you will provide personalised recommendations, maintain excellent treatment standards and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, although newly qualified therapists are also encouraged to apply.
• Practical experience in massage, facial and body treatments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high treatment standards.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Confidence recommending suitable treatments and retail products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
