Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is seeking a professional Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality treatments and create a relaxing guest experience. You will work with the Spa and Leisure team to provide personalised recommendations and maintain elevated treatment standards.

Newly qualified therapists are welcome; previous spa experience is desirable. You will assist with reception, bookings, stock management and participate in seasonal promotions, while upholding hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• Qualified in beauty therapy, massage therapy or related discipline.
• Experience as Spa Therapist is desirable, newly qualified welcome.
• Practical experience in massage, facial and body treatments.
• Warm, professional and guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with high treatment standards.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Confidence recommending suitable treatments and retail products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments to the highest standard.
• Provide personalised consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing and comfortable environment for every guest.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Maintain accurate guest consultation and treatment records.
• Promote spa treatments, packages and retail products in a professional and guest-focused manner.
• Manage treatment timings effectively while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, health and safety procedures.
• Assist with spa reception, appointment bookings and guest enquiries when required.
• Monitor treatment and retail stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
• Support seasonal promotions, spa packages and special events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Spa, Leisure and wider hotel teams.
• Respond professionally to guest feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
