Job summary

O'Donoghue Ring Collection is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join the team at the Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa in Killarney. The role covers spa treatment delivery and delivering excellent customer service, reporting to the Spa Manager.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions. Working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and 11:00 am to 8:00 pm in our award-winning spa with six treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy pool and a relaxation garden.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Spa therapist, ideally in the Hospitality industry.
• ITEC or equivalent qualifications are essential.
• Hands-on experience in face and body therapies.
• Experience in sales will be considered an asset.
• Fluent in English is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive working attitude.
• Legal right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all spa treatments to a high professional standard.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of guests before, during, and after treatments.
• Start and finish treatments on time while providing a relaxing experience.
• Promote spa facilities and upsell retail products and additional treatments.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness in treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and common spaces.
• Replace used towels, linens, and spa supplies.
• Restock oils, lotions, toiletries, and refreshments.
• Ensure guest areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist spa therapists and reception staff when required.
• Report maintenance issues or low supplies to management.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude when working with guests and colleagues.
• Be flexible and available to work according to business needs.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Care & Treatments
