O'Donoghue Ring Collection is seeking full-time bartenders to join our team at the public house in Killarney, Co. Kerry. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, crafting drinks, and upholding our 4 Star standards in a busy, vibrant setting.

Ideal candidates have bar experience or cocktail knowledge, a solid understanding of beers, wines and spirits, and a professional, friendly approach. Fluent English and weekend availability are essential.

• Experience in bar or hospitality is preferred.
• Cocktail knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluent English and ability to work weekends.

We have an exciting opportunity for full-time bartenders to join our team at O'Donoghue Public House.

Key Responsibilities of this role are:

• To take drink orders from guests and serve them while maintaining the highest level of customer service
• To ensure our 4 Star standards are achieved at all times
• To ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times
• To work as part of the team, and being flexible at all times

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Previous Bar experience is an advantage.
• Cocktail experience is an advantage
• Must have a good knowledge of beers, wines and spirits
• Must have a professional and friendly approach and focus on providing excellent customer service
• Must be able to work well in a busy environment and as part of a team.
• Fluent English is essential and permission to work in Ireland.
• Must be 18 years+ and be flexible with shifts and available to work weekends.
