Job summary

Wassenburg Medical Ireland Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers in South Dublin and surrounding areas. You will install, commission and validate equipment, provide preventative maintenance and repairs, and deliver clinical and user training to hospital staff.

The role requires a technical engineering background, field-based experience with medical devices, and the ability to travel. A full clean driving license and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering or service/maintenance technology.
• Field-based experience with medical devices or electronic equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and validate equipment including SMEG washers and sterilizers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs on medical devices.
• Provide clinical support and operator training to hospital staff.
• Maintain service reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
