Job summary

The Old Mill Bar & Restaurant, part of the Louis Fitzgerald Group, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy Dublin kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team during service and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have previous Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience and strong leadership skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

About The Role

The Old Mill Bar & Restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team.
