Responsibilities

• Food Preparation and Cooking: Assist in the preparation and cooking of a wide variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Kitchen Management: Support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations.
• Inventory and Stock Control: Assist in managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent service and coordinate orders.
• Innovation and Creativity: Contribute ideas for improving food offerings and kitchen operations.
