Job summary

O'Donoghue Ring Collection is seeking a breakfast cook for morning shifts in Castleisland, Co. Kerry. The role involves preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes to hotel standards, setting up and maintaining the breakfast station, and ensuring hygiene across the kitchen.

You will work early shifts starting at 5:00am, supporting the wider kitchen team, monitoring stock, and assisting with menu updates. Pastry experience is advantageous, with various benefits offered by the employer.

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Flexibility for early shifts and weekends may be required.
