Kinsale is rightfully known as the culinary capital of Ireland, and we are currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for one of its busiest and most well-established dining venues. This is a permanent, year-round position offering excellent earning potential for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

My client operates a highly successful, premium gastropub and catering establishment that has been a staple in Kinsale for over 25 years. Serving upwards of 200 covers a day on weekends, the kitchen focuses on authentic, hearty, crowd-pleasing dishes—from exceptional fish and chips and premium burgers to rich ragùs and stews—complemented by creative daily specials. They are looking for a reliable, hard-working Sous Chef to help lead a tight-knit brigade. Key responsibilities:

The Package

• A highly rewarding base salary of €45,000–€52,000 per annum (approx. €22–€25/hour)
