What You’ll Be Doing

As Head Chef, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen operation. You’ll lead the team, drive standards, manage food costs, and create menus that balance crowd-pleasers with dishes that showcase your creativity. Service runs from breakfast through to dinner, seven days a week, so consistency and strong leadership are essential. The owner has run this business successfully for years and knows what it takes to keep a kitchen firing on all cylinders. They’re looking for a Head Chef who can not only cook excellent food but also inspire and manage the team effectively.
