Job summary

wagamama in Ireland is seeking an assistant general manager to lead a vibrant restaurant with calm authority. You will partner with the general manager to deliver exceptional service and support your team to feel seen and proud of their work.

In a fast-paced setting, you’ll jump into service, resolve issues quickly, and coach staff for growth, all while championing continual improvements with a Kaizen mindset to elevate every shift.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong people skills and problem-solving abilities.
