Job summary

wagamama ltd in Dublin is looking for a passionate sous chef to lead and inspire our kitchen teams, ensuring exceptional food quality and guest experiences. You’ll manage line prep, maintain standards, and mentor teammates to grow their skills.

You’ll work flexibly with a supportive crew, enjoy bi-weekly pay and tips, and get access to our wellness and staff events as we celebrate being wagamama.

Qualifications

• are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training + developing others to help them be the best they can be and maintaining high standards
• are experienced in managing the line, planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover + love working with the team, coaching on the go
• have experience in supporting with your kitchen’s food, health and safety standards, understanding financial performance of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control + labour costs
• love to celebrate success with your team, recognising what drives individuals and their needs

Responsibilities
