Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking a Solutions Architect & Team Lead for a hybrid day-rate contract in Dublin. You will shape the applications and data landscape while leading a small team delivering systems change and analytics.

You will map roadmaps, define secure, scalable designs, and drive governance across enterprise platforms with a strong Microsoft stack. Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland; experience in financial services is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Strong Microsoft background across Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform and Azure data services.
• Experience building roadmaps and architecture for enterprise apps and data platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps and low-code/no-code delivery.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape major change programmes from concept to delivery.
• Turn goals into solution options, roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Act as design authority ensuring secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Define end-to-end architecture across core apps and data platforms.
• Lead a systems change and analytics team delivering enhancements.
• Develop data warehouse and MI platforms with strong governance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to fit business needs.
• Contribute to IT strategy, governance and multi-workstream delivery.
