Job summary

Realtime Recruitment Limited is seeking a senior Solutions Architect in Ireland to guide the evolution of the application and data landscape. You will head the systems change and analytics team and collaborate with transformation to shape major initiatives from concept to delivery.

The role requires strong Microsoft stack skills (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure data/analytics), experience with DevOps and low-code/no-code, and excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven Solutions Architect experience guiding large business/tech change.
• Measurable business impact from delivered initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft stack incl. Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure data/analytics services.
• Experience with DevOps, low-code/no-code and building roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and people leadership skills.
• Understanding of regulated environments, ideally insurance or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Shape change by partnering with business and technology to translate goals into plans.
• Own the design as the architecture authority for major initiatives.
• Lead platforms across core apps, reporting environments, and data warehouse.
• Drive data quality through governance and analytics support.
