Job summary

Cpl in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to guide the evolution of the insurer's application and data landscape. You will lead a small team responsible for systems change and analytics, shaping roadmaps and delivering secure, scalable solutions in a hybrid work model.

The role sits at the intersection of business change and technology, with ownership of delivery across core enterprise applications, data platforms and MI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solutions Architect during large business and tech change.
• Strong MS Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure data/analytics knowledge.
• Delivery leadership with stakeholder engagement in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Shaping major transformation initiatives from the earliest concept stage, working alongside the business change function and senior stakeholders
• Turning business goals into clear solution options, roadmaps and delivery approaches
• Acting as design authority on significant initiatives, making sure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to enterprise standards
• Defining end-to-end architecture across core enterprise applications and data platforms
• Leading and developing the systems change and analytics team, and owning delivery of enhancements and reporting solutions
• Driving the evolution of the data warehouse and MI platforms, and championing data quality and governance
• Working with third-party vendors and internal teams to deliver solutions that fit the business
• Contributing to IT strategy, planning and governance, and managing project delivery across multiple workstreams
