Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd in Ireland seeks a Solutions Architect to own a major technology transformation, replacing legacy systems and driving Generative & Agentic AI across the organisation. You will shape architecture direction across business and tech teams, vendors and delivery partners, translating complex solutions for senior stakeholders.

This is not a standard role; you’ll lead Dynamics 365 and Azure integration, set enterprise architecture choices, and collaborate with internal teams

• Client-side role with real influence across the organisation

Join a leading Irish professional body and take ownership of a major technology transformation, replacing legacy systems and introducing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and AI across the organisation.

This is not a standard Solutions Architect role. Agentic AI is central to the position, with Phase 1 complete and the next stage moving into design. You’ll own architectural direction across business and technology teams, vendors and delivery partners, translating complex solutions for senior stakeholders and challenging designs that don’t fit the organisation.

Salary / Remuneration:

Up to €115,000 + benefits.
