Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Brow services and revenue generation through waxing, tinting and tweezing.
• Target-driven sales and personal product demonstrations.
• Develop in-store events and external collaborations to boost sales.
• Stock optimisation and reporting to minimise lost sales opportunities.
• Act as a communication bridge between store/department managers and area managers.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks.
• Maintain high standards of counter hygiene and presentation.
