Benefit Cosmetics UK in Wexford is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager to lead a solo counter, drive sales and deliver standout customer experiences. You’ll manage daily operations, stock, and brand presentation while building connections with shoppers and supporting the Area Manager.

Flexibility with weekends and late shifts is required; previous retail or hospitality customer service experience with a passion for makeup is essential to meet sales targets and grow the brand at the counter.

Responsibilities

• Brow services & revenue generation: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, leading to repeat appointments and increased service revenue.
• Target-driven sales: Personally connect with customers, demonstrate products with passion, and consistently achieve your individual sales targets and contribute to the overall counter goals.
• Business growth: Develop in-store and external events through strategic linkups, collaborations, product launches, and charity initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Stock optimisation: Ensure the counter is always fully stocked, monitor inventory, and report concerns to minimise lost sales.
• Communication leadership: Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers.
• Efficient administration: Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks, supporting the Area Manager.
• Brand presentation: Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards for the counter and displays.

Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time, Counter Manager to make real connections in Shaws Wexford!

Please note: As this is also a solo counter, we will not require any previous team management experience. However, there will be management aspects to the role that you will be responsible for.

As a Counter Manager for a solo store, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities

As a Counter Manager, your missions, will be as follows:

• Brow Services & Revenue Generation:Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, leading to repeat appointments and increased service revenue.

• Stock Optimisation: Ensure the counter is always fully stocked, monitor inventory levels closely, and immediately report concerns to the Area Manager to minimise lost sales opportunities.
• Communication Leadership: Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers, ensuring important information flows smoothly.
• Efficient Administration: Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks, supporting the Area Manager and ensuring smooth store operations.
• Brand Presentation: Maintain exceptional hygiene and housekeeping standards for the counter and displays, ensuring a visually appealing and professional shopping environment at all times.
