Job summary

Sanderson Recruitment, on behalf of a well established law firm in Mayo, invites applications for an experienced Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor. The role offers flexibility with a four or five day week and one day remote working, supporting a growing practice with a strong pipeline of quality work.

The solicitor will manage varied caseloads across residential and commercial conveyancing and probate matters, with direct client contact and opportunities to contribute to ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland.
• Strong experience in conveyancing and probate.
• Ability to manage files independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Advise clients on sales, purchases, transfers and refinancing.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters.
• Draft legal documentation and correspondence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure high standards of client service and compliance.
