The role covers residential and commercial conveyancing, probate and estate administration, drafting and reviewing documents, and providing practical, commercially focused advice.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE.
• Strong experience in conveyancing and/or probate.
• Ability to manage files independently.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic problem solving.
• Experience in a busy private practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Advising clients on residential and commercial property matters.
• Handling probate applications and estate administration files.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high professional standard.
