Job summary

Sanderson Recruitment (Ireland) Limited is partnering with a well established Mayo law firm to recruit an experienced Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a strong pipeline of work with a four or five day week and one day remote working.

You will manage residential and commercial property transactions and probate matters, with client contact and opportunities to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland.
• Strong experience in conveyancing and probate.
• Ability to manage files independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Advising clients on sales, purchases, transfers and refinancing.
• Handling probate and estate administration matters.
• Drafting legal documentation and correspondence.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensuring high standards of client service and compliance.
