You will manage probate, wills, estate administration, and residential conveyancing while advising private clients and coordinating with the broader legal team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with probate and conveyancing experience.
• Strong knowledge of private client and residential property matters.
• Ability to manage files independently and prioritise a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage probate, wills, estate administration and conveyancing matters.
• Advise clients on probate, succession planning and estate related matters.
• Draft wills, enduring powers of attorney and probate documentation.
• Handle the administration of estates from instruction through to completion.
• Manage residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, transfers and refinancing.
• Review title documents and contracts for sale.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, financial institutions, estate agents and third parties throughout transactions.
• Prepare and review conveyancing documentation and completion statements.
• Manage property registrations and post completion matters with the PRAI.
• Ensure all transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of client service and relationship management.
• Keep up to date with developments across probate, succession and property law.
