Activ8 Solar Energies is seeking a Solar PV Installer to join our Carrickmacross team. You will install solar PV systems on residential buildings and ground-mounted projects, with 6 weeks of comprehensive training provided to get you up to speed.

The role requires willingness to travel nationwide, a full clean driver's license, and the ability to work safely at height. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience as Roofer or in Cladding/Industrial glazing.
Must live within one hour of Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan.
Willing to travel nationwide.
Valid full clean driving licence.
Experience working at heights with a harness.
Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

Install Solar Panels on residential homes to the highest standards.
Ensure deadlines for upcoming installations and projects.
Engage with customers and provide information and advice on work being undertaken.
Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
