Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead for a greenfield fintech project in Dublin. You will stay hands-on with C#/.NET while leading a high-performing engineering team and helping shape a major new product.

You will combine hands-on engineering, technical leadership and people management, with influence over architecture and product development, in a high-growth financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of C#/.NET experience.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
• Background in financial services, ideally banking, trading, payments or related systems.
• Strong understanding of building scalable, business-critical software.

You’ll be joining a high-growth financial technology business that is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in its next phase of growth.

With over 100M$ in revenue and major clients across the global financial services market, the business is continuing to expand its international presence, including in Ireland.

This is a great opportunity for a senior C#/.NET engineer who wants to stay hands-on while taking ownership of a high-performing engineering team and helping shape a major new product.
