Job summary

TechHeads is seeking a Tech Lead to join a large-scale fintech company in Dublin on a greenfield platform, providing real technical ownership from the outset.

You’ll work hands-on with C#, .NET and cloud technologies, shape the technical direction, and collaborate with a growing engineering team. This hybrid Dublin role offers flexibility and impact in the early stages of a major platform build.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Software Engineering with strong C# / .NET
• Previous experience as Tech Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Engineer with technical ownership
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and modern software development
• Comfortable making technical decisions and influencing engineering direction
• Previous experience in Financial/FinTech sectors
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a greenfield platform with full technical ownership

Tech Lead - Greenfield FinTech Development

Permanent Hybrid Ireland

Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 DOE

TechHeads are seeking a Tech Lead to join a large-scale fintech company based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a development team working on a new greenfield platform, where you’ll have real technical ownership and influence over how the platform is designed and built.

You’ll work closely with the wider engineering team, helping shape technical direction while remaining hands-on with the development of the platform. The role will focus on C#, .NET and cloud technologies, with exposure to and involvement in the use of AI and emerging technologies across the platform. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy working with modern technology and want to have a genuine say in technical decisions.

This is a hybrid role in Dublin, offering flexibility alongside the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative, technically driven team in person. You’ll be joining an environment that embraces new technology and gives you the opportunity to take ownership and make an impact from the early stages of a major platform build.
