Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and experience with Spring or Spring Boot.
• RESTful APIs and distributed applications.
• Knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and OOP.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of event‑driven, SOA, or microservices‑based architectures.
• Exposure to React, Angular, or similar front‑end frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing practices and frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to build high‑quality software solutions.
• Contribute to engineering best practices including code reviews and automated testing.
• Help drive engineering excellence across Fidelity's technology organisation.
