Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software for medical devices per software standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and best practices to entry-level engineers.
• Review requirements, specifications, designs, code and other artifacts to ensure timely delivery.
• Design reusable frameworks, components, and patterns that accelerate development and maintainability.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for the software team.
• Develop reusable patterns and encourage innovation to increase team velocity.
• Collaborate across functions and with internal and external partners to deliver high quality products.
