Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Software Engineer to join a high-calibre AI transformation programme. You will design and build scalable software in C#/.NET, work on greenfield AI-enabled applications, and integrate AI agents and MCP/RAG tools into enterprise systems.

The role focuses on real production work within a multi-year programme, offering ownership from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong C# / .NET experience across modern .NET, APIs, and distributed/microservice-based systems.
• 1–2 years' hands-on experience building AI agents, with practical experience working with MCP and RAG.

A leading global organisation is investing heavily in a multi-year technology and AI transformation programme, building new capabilities from the ground up rather than simply modernising what already exists.

This is an opportunity for a Software Engineer to join a highly-calibre, specialised team focused on designing and building new solutions across software engineering and AI. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where engineers are given ownership, expected to solve complex problems, and encouraged to take ideas from concept through to production.

With a strong focus on Agentic AI, RAG and MCP, you’ll be working at the intersection of traditional software engineering and emerging AI technologies — building robust, scalable solutions that can operate in a real-world enterprise environment.
