Job summary

Amazon in Ireland is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the Aurora Serverless Control Plane initiative. You will direct a talented team responsible for enterprise-scale features and reliability of our cloud database services, guiding architectural decisions and delivery plans.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, and operations to deliver scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence across multi-tier web services.

Qualifications
