Job summary

Amazon Development Centre Ireland Limited is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the RDS Console team. You will steer customer-facing experiences across RDS and Aurora engines, partnering with product managers and UX designers to translate customer needs into intuitive workflows.

You will mentor engineers, drive operational excellence, and ensure high-availability services at scale while collaborating across engine and platform teams.
