Job summary

Gravitas Group in Dublin is seeking a Software Developer to join a hybrid team, delivering .NET/C# development on a cloud migration program in Azure, interfacing with legacy systems. The role is based in Dublin with 2-3 days onsite, a contract of 3–4 months, ASAP start, and a circa £600 p/day rate, outside IR35. The project involves a TIBCO upgrade and modern Azure environment.

The opportunity

We’re supporting a major cloud migration programme and are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join a key workstream supporting a pricing migration as part of a TIBCO upgrade. You’ll work closely with engineering and stakeholders to design, build and enhance services in a modern Azure environment, while also interfacing with legacy integrations.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering .NET / C# development across a cloud migration programme
• Designing and building REST APIs and service integrations
• Working with legacy services (WCF / SOAP) where required
• Supporting SQL development and data-related changes
• Building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines and improving deployment processes
• Contributing to cloud architecture and resilient, scalable solution design
• Implementing observability (monitoring/logging) for cloud services
• Using AI-assisted development tools effectively to accelerate delivery and quality

Key skills & experience

• Strong commercial experience with .NET & C#
• REST API design/development
• Unit testing with NUnit and/or xUnit
• Legacy integration experience: WCF / SOAP
• SQL database development/management
• Microsoft Azure experience, ideally including:
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure Storage
  • Azure Container Apps
• Infrastructure as Code: Bicep or Terraform
• CI/CD: design, implementation and maintenance
