Harrington Starr is partnering with a Global Financial Technology company in Dublin to hire a Senior/Lead Engineer for highly scalable, high-performance systems. The role is hands-on, with leadership responsibilities and mentorship of junior developers.

The position offers a flexible hybrid structure, a strong base salary up to €120,000, and funded training. You will lead API design, integration with vendors, and drive engineering-wide consistency.

Harrington Starr has partnered with a Global Financial Technology company, and they are looking to hire a Senior/Lead, with experience working with highly scalable and highly-performant systems. This is a great opportunity to join a very well-established, growing global team working to build a resilient and reliable system designing, planning, and implementing new features.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the design, development, maintenance and integration of their APIs with 3rd party vendors
• Ensuring consistency across engineering teams, utilising appropriate the appropriate technologies within the applications
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team - with the potential to build out this team further

What skills, experience and qualifications required:
