You will lead social media marketing for our property developments and commercial properties, handling photography, copywriting, video editing, account management, posting, and community engagement.

The role requires 2+ years in social media marketing, strong communication, and a proactive approach to stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven work experience in social media marketing.
• Education or qualifications in design, marketing, PR, journalism, property, or social media.
• Experience working with social media in a business setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage social media content across all channels.
• Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports on social media performance.
• Create visual assets and video for client content and ads.
• Develop content headlines and copywriting for social posts.
• Collaborate with Sales to align online marketing strategy.
• Assist with community management and inquiries on social channels.
