Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking a Social Media & Web Assistant to support social media campaigns and manage web content. The role is based in Dublin 2, hybrid working, and requires 1–2 years in social media or digital marketing with strong communication and organisational skills.

You will assist with content creation, scheduling, CMS updates (AEM), and performance reporting, helping ensure brand and SEO alignment across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of websites and content management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of social media campaigns across key platforms.
  • Support content creation, including drafting copy and sourcing imagery.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to queries or escalate as needed.
  • Update and maintain website content using the CMS (e.g. AEM).
  • Upload and format pages, articles, and campaign content.
  • Ensure content is accurate and aligned with brand and SEO guidelines.
  • Assist with testing and quality assurance of web updates.
  • Support campaigns across social and web channels and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key metrics and help prepare dashboards.

The Social Media & Web Assistant will support the delivery of social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of web content for KPMG Ireland.

Essential Criteria
  • 1–2 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or web content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Basic understanding of websites and content management systems
Desirable
  • Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. AEM)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platforms)
  • Exposure to paid social or campaign delivery
  • Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment

Social Media Support
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of social media campaigns across key platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Instagram & Haiilo but other social media networks may be used)
  • Support content creation, including drafting copy, formatting posts, and sourcing imagery
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
  • Monitor engagement and respond to queries or elevate where appropriate
Web Content Management
  • Support updating and maintaining website content using the CMS (e.g. AEM)
  • Upload and format pages, articles, and campaign content
  • Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand and SEO guidelines
  • Assist with testing and quality assurance of web updates
Campaign & Content Execution
  • Support integrated campaigns across social and web channels
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and assets
  • Assist in delivering campaign timelines and publishing schedules
Performance & Reporting
  • Track and report on key metrics (social engagement, web traffic, campaign performance)
  • Support preparation of regular reporting dashboards and summaries
  • Identify basic trends and highlight opportunities for optimisation
Governance & Best Practice
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand, legal, and risk guidelines
  • Follow established content approval and publishing processes
  • Stay up to date with social media and digital trends
