Job summary

Wilson Hartnell in Dublin is seeking a Head of Social & Influence to lead our social and influencer practice. You will set strategy, drive revenue, and own the AI roadmap while reporting to the CEO from the SLT.

This role blends creative leadership with commercial accountability, in a hybrid Dublin office environment. You’ll educate and upskill the team, manage key client relationships, and champion ethical AI use across campaigns, ensuring best-in-class results for local and international

Social media leadership and creator culture advocacy with a track record of maximizing project potential.

Responsibilities

Bring the 'Social-First' lens to all briefs and campaigns to maximize impact on social channels.
Social thinking integrated early across owned, earned, paid, and shared media to turn PR ideas into viral moments.
Build a scalable, profitable social and influence revenue stream for the agency.
Identify untapped social opportunities within client roster and pitches to drive organic growth.
Define our tech stack for monitoring, reporting, and evaluation to prove ROI.
