Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking Social Care Workers to join a reputable residential service in County Roscommon, West of Ireland. You will provide high-quality care to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and person-centred planning in a supportive team.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 7 qualification in Social Care and a full clean manual driving license, with understanding of safeguarding and HIQA guidelines. Opportunities for growth within a dynamic team are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant.
• Understanding of person-centred care and keyworking.
• Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
• Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Children’s First guidelines and procedures.
• Full Clean Manual Driving License.
