St. Michael’s House are recruiting Social Care Workers to support our Local Centres Day Services – North Dublin
St. Michael's House is a community-based organisation committed to providing a quality person centred service and high standard of day service to people with an intellectual disability in the greater Dublin area.
The successful candidate will be part of a highly skilled creative and motivated teams within the Northside of Dublin.
The teams within the Local Centres provide diverse models of care to individuals who function within the moderate to severe ranges of intellectual disability. Supports offered include assisting with activities of daily living and engaging in activation within the Centre and the local community. The goal for all is to engage in meaningful activities and to be an active participant in the community.

Salary Scale – Social Care Worker:
Successful candidates will be paid in line with June ‘26 HSE revised consolidated Social Care Worker Salary Scale point 1: €41,260 to point 14: €57,789 per annum based on working a 39-hour week.
Should you have no prior public sector experience you will be placed on point 1 of the pay-scale above.
