Your World Healthcare Ireland is recruiting compassionate Social Care Workers to support vulnerable individuals across residential, disability and community settings in Wicklow. Earn hourly pay from €20.00 to €63.83 with weekly pay and flexible shifts.

The role involves direct care, care planning with multidisciplinary teams, advocacy and life-skills support across various placements. CORU registration or progress, Level 7 qualification, driving licence and Ireland work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Must have CORU registration or in progress.
• Demonstrated person-centred care approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to day, night and sleepover shifts.

Responsabilités

• Direct care and support: assisting clients with personal hygiene, medication management and daily living activities.
• Care planning: collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review individualised care plans.
• Advocacy and brokerage: connect clients to housing, education or healthcare resources.
• Behaviour and life skills: help clients manage behaviours and develop life skills.
• Home tasks: organize daily household tasks and budgeting when needed.

We're now looking for compassionate, dedicated Social Care Workers to support vulnerable individuals across residential, disability and community settings in Wicklow.

The Role:

Duties vary by placement, but typically include:

• Direct care and support:assisting clients with personal hygiene, medication management, and daily living activities
• Care planning:collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and review individualised care and placement plans
• Advocacy and brokerage:empowering clients to make decisions and connecting them to resources like housing, education, or healthcare
• Behaviour and life skills:helping clients manage challenging behaviours, cope with trauma, and develop interpersonal and life skills
• Home and household management:organising daily household tasks, meal planning, and basic household budgeting

What we're looking for:

• CORU Social Care Registration/Pin (candidates with a CORU application in progress are also welcome to apply)
• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Applied Social Studies in Social Care or a relevant discipline
• Right to live and work in Ireland
• Full clean driving licence
• A person-centred approach with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible day, night and sleepover shifts to suit your lifestyle
• Pay aligned with HSE pay scales, with your point of scale recognised for all HSE clients
• Private rates applicable with all private clients
• Weekly pay, with daily payroll available
