Job summary

Your World Healthcare Ireland is recruiting compassionate Social Care Workers to support vulnerable individuals across residential, disability and community settings in Wicklow. Earn hourly pay from €20.00 to €63.83 with weekly pay and flexible shifts.

The role involves direct care, care planning with multidisciplinary teams, advocacy and life-skills support across various placements. CORU registration or progress, Level 7 qualification, driving licence and Ireland work rights are required.

Qualifications

Must have CORU registration or in progress.
Demonstrated person-centred care approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible to day, night and sleepover shifts.

Responsibilities

Direct care and support: assisting clients with personal hygiene, medication management and daily living activities.
Care planning: collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review individualised care plans.
Advocacy and brokerage: connect clients to housing, education or healthcare resources.
Behaviour and life skills: help clients manage behaviours and develop life skills.
Home tasks: organize daily household tasks and budgeting when needed.
