Your World Healthcare Ireland is seeking compassionate Social Care Workers to support vulnerable individuals across residential, disability and community settings in Kildare. Roles offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, and competitive rates with HSE scales and private client pay.

Responsibilities include direct care, care planning, advocacy, and life skills support. Applicants must have CORU registration or be in progress, and hold a Level 7 qualification with a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• CORU registration required; applicants with CORU in progress are welcome.
• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Applied Social Studies in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Right to live and work in Ireland.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Person-centred approach with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible day, night and sleepover shifts; pay aligned with HSE scales.
• Weekly pay and private rates with private clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and support: assisting clients with personal hygiene, medication management and daily living activities.
• Care planning: collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review individual care plans.
• Advocacy and brokerage: connect clients to housing, education, or healthcare resources.
• Behaviour and life skills: help clients manage behaviours and develop life skills.
• Home management: organise daily tasks, meals and budgeting.
