Job summary

Access Healthcare (Ireland) is seeking a compassionate Social Care Worker to support individuals in Intellectual Disability (ID) services in Wicklow and surrounding areas. The role involves travel across multiple locations and requires a valid driver's license.

We offer competitive pay rates from €25 to €32 per hour, enhanced rates for nights, Sundays & Bank Holidays, flexible shifts, free registration and uniform, dedicated one-to-one consultancy support, and exposure to a wide range of ID

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker.
• Previous experience in ID or social care services.
• Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care.
• MAPA or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license for travel between locations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in ID services.
• Travel across multiple locations as part of the role.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records and communication.
