Job summary

The position follows HSE pay scales with premiums for unsocial hours, with ongoing training and 24/7 support. Flexibility for shifts is required, including evenings and sleepovers.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Care Worker with Level 7+ qualification.
• Experience in residential or child protection settings preferred.
• CORU registration highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people in welfare and protection settings.
• Provide a consistent, safe environment for healing and growth.
• Be a trusted presence across shifts including evenings/weekends/sleepovers.
