Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is partnering with a residential care provider in Co Carlow to recruit a Social Care Worker for mainstream residential services. The role focuses on supporting young people to grow, gain independence, and overcome challenges within a supportive team.

This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of €42,000 to €52,000 per year and requires Level 7/8 Social Care qualification, a valid driver's licence, and flexibility to cover day and sleepover shifts.

Qualifications

• Level 7/Level 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• Full driver’s licence and access to own transport.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work days and sleepovers.
