TTM Healthcare Solutions is recruiting Agency Social Care Workers to support children and young people aged 7-18 in a residential setting in Ballybrittas, Co. Laois.

You will promote emotional well-being, development and independence through education, community engagement and access to specialist support. This role offers day and sleepover shifts, weekly pay from €20 per hour, paid holidays and a Refer a Friend bonus, plus discounts via TTM Perks at Work and confidential EAP support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7/8 level degree in Social Care.
• Coru registration.
• Resident in Ireland with valid EU passport/GNIB Stamp 1G/Stamp 2/Stamp 4/Stamp 4D/Stamp 5 or EU family status.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
• International Police Clearance if lived outside Ireland >6 months after age 16.

As a Social Care Worker in this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children and young people within a residential care setting, providing a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment for those aged 7-18. You will promote emotional well‑being, personal development, and independence through access to education, community engagement, and specialist clinical psychological support.

This position offers both day and sleepover shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum of a level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care
• Coru registration
