Job summary

Tender Touch Services Limited is expanding its team of Social Care Workers in Carlow. We provide compassionate care aligned with individual care plans and work within a supportive, client-centered environment designed to promote independence and well‑being.

Candidates should hold a Level 7 qualification with relevant majors, have at least 1 year of experience, and demonstrate empathy, strong communication and teamwork. CORU registration is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification including Diploma or Ordinary Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Social Care Worker.
• Desirable: Administration, Communications, Computer Literacy, Personal/Social Care.
• Irish language ability (Fluent) at C2 level.
