Job summary

Ethos Care Group is seeking a dedicated Social Care Practitioner to support residents’ wellbeing through person-centred care in Carrick-on-Suir, Ireland. You will work closely with the clinical team to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include delivering individualised care plans, monitoring progress, and safeguarding residents while maintaining high standards of care and empathy in a busy residential setting.

Qualifications

Degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Experience in a residential care setting.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Compassionate and resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care and support daily activities
Develop and maintain individual care plans
Monitor and document resident progress
Supervise and support care staff
Safeguard residents and uphold care standards
