Job summary

Corlann invites applications for a Social Care Manager Grade 3 (Area Manager) role. This permanent, full-time position (39 hours per week) is based in LIMERICK COMMUNITY SERVICES/ LIMERICK COUNTY.

The post requires leadership across residential and day services for adults with an Intellectual Disability, with emphasis on HIQA standards and New Directions adherence. You will lead teams, drive change, and ensure high-quality care in a progressive setting, while maintaining excellent communication

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years post qualification experience in people management.
• Proactive approach to leading, driving and implementing change with excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, highly motivated, innovative with the ability to work on own initiative and influence staff in a team.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of New Directions Standards.
• Knowledge and experience of providing residential & day services to adults with an Intellectual Disability.
• Knowledge and experience of providing services to adults with autism and an Intellectual disability.
• Possess a full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
• Will be required to meet staff and people supported outside normal hours; some weekends may be required.

LOCATION: LIMERICK COMMUNITY SERVICES/ LIMERICK COUNTY
