TTM Healthcare Limited collaborates with a residential mainstream children’s service to recruit social care leaders for their new under 12s service in Co. Carlow.

You will lead shifts, work with the Service Manager to deliver tailored Care Plans, and champion best practice to ensure high-quality care aligned with the service’s mission. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social care.
• Level 7/8 qualification in social care or equivalent.
• CORU registration desirable but not essential.

Social Care Leaders Contract: Full-time Permanent Positions

Salary: €42,000 - €46,000

Location: Leighlinbridge, Co. Carlow

TTM Healthcare is partnering with a residential mainstream children's service to recruit social care leaders for their new under 12s service in Co. Carlow. The Social Care Leader is responsible for being the team leader of the shift in which they are working. They work dynamically and collaboratively with the Service Manager/Deputy Manager to support the delivery of tailored Care Plans, lead shifts and champion best practice to ensure a consistent high standard of care aligned with the service's mission and values.

Requirements

• Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Similar field


• CORU registration is desirable but not essential
