Job summary

MSL Park Motors, a landmark Škoda dealer in Ireland, is recruiting a Sales Executive for the Škoda team at Navan Road, Dublin 7. You will drive profitability by selling new and used Škodas while promoting finance and insurance products.

Build strong customer relationships and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. The role requires proactive, target-driven individuals with excellent communication and organisational skills, a smart appearance, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail motor industry sales role.
• Proactive, target oriented and customer focused.

• Full valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve maximum profitability by selling new and used Škoda vehicles and promoting finance, insurance and ancillary products.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to meet or exceed expectations.
• Build rapport with customers and seek new opportunities for the dealership beyond showroom visits.
• Develop strong product knowledge and keep up to date with Škoda lineup changes.
• Apply the MSL sales process consistently.
• Meet annual targets for volume, model mix, and used cars.
• Meet outbound call and accessories targets as required.

MSL Park Motors is a principal dealer for Škoda, BYD, XPeng and SMART in Ireland and part of the MSL Motor Group. We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Executive to join our Škoda team, based at Navan Road, Dublin 7.

Main Duties And Responsibilities To Include

• Achieving maximum profitability on the sales by selling new and used Škoda’s and promoting finance, insurance and auxiliary products
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met, if not exceeded
• Building a strong rapport with customers visiting the dealership and proactively seeking to find new opportunities for MSL Park Motors outside the showroom environment
• Building and developing a robust product knowledge of the Škoda brand whilst keeping up to date of changes or amendments to the current product line up
• Implement the MSL sales process consistently
• Meeting volume and model mix targets set each year by the company
• Meeting used car targets set each year
• Meeting targets for outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly, monthly
• Meeting Accessories targets set

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally

• Have experience in a retail motor industry sales position
• Be proactive and target orientated
• Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs
• Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Have strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Possess good administration and IT skills
• Work well as part of a team
• Have a smart, professional appearance
• Hold a full, valid and current driving licence
• Previous experience or knowledge of the Škoda brand is highly desirable
• Knowledge of automotive financing and ancillary products and services is an advantage
